Lletty Cottage is a self-contained annexe for two at Yew Tree Farm. The cottage is on two floors and is centrally heated, fully furnished and is graded FIVE STARS by Visit Wales. Downstairs is an open plan sitting room with beamed ceiling and polished pine floor, well furnished with two comfortable chairs and sofa, coffee table,bookcase complete with maps, guides and information about the area, a large LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player and selection of DVDs.
This leads to a fitted pine kitchen with quarry tiled floor, fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The kitchen is also fully equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. In the adjacent dining area (ystafell fwyta) there is a pine table and chairs next to an inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove. French doors lead out to a patio area and private, enclosed garden.
Bathroom (Ty Bach)
Also on the ground floor is a fully-fitted bathroom with cast iron bath, separate electric shower, shaving point, washbasin and wc.
Bedroom (Ystafell wely)
Upstairs, accessed by open-plan stairs with spindles and newel posts rescued from a Welsh Chapel, is a galleried carpeted bedroom with king sized bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing-table. The cathedral style ceiling and original timber truss and roof beams add to the ambience.
Garden (Gardd)
Through the French doors is a patio area with table and chairs, and a beautiful enclosed garden with lawn and flower beds, for the exclusive use of the holiday guests. Guests are also welcome to relax and enjoy the views in the other garden areas surrounding the farmhouse.
